1. Basic Provisions
These terms and conditions regulate the relationship between the seller SU BECCU and the buyer when purchasing food products through the online store www.subeccu.cz.
2. Product Information
All offered products are food products originating from Sardinia, Italy. Information on composition, allergens, shelf life, and storage conditions is provided for each product in accordance with EU Regulation No. 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers.
3. Allergens
Please note that our products may contain or come into contact with allergens (milk, nuts, gluten, etc.). Precise information about allergens is provided on the packaging of each product.
4. Storage and Handling
The buyer is obliged to adhere to the storage conditions specified on the product packaging. The seller is not liable for damages resulting from non-compliance with these conditions.
5. Order and Contract Conclusion
The buyer's order is a proposal for a purchase contract. The contract is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the seller. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of stock depletion.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Czech crowns (CZK) including VAT. Payment can be made using the methods specified at the completion of the order.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Goods are delivered through contracted carriers. Delivery times are indicative. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Upon receipt of the shipment, the buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging.
8. Returns and Complaints
In accordance with § 1837 of the Civil Code, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract for goods subject to rapid deterioration or goods with a short shelf life. For other products, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the product has not been opened and is in its original condition.
Complaints are governed by Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection. Complaints can be submitted to: info@subeccu.cz
9. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
The buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. The data is used exclusively for the purpose of processing the order and will not be handed over to third parties without the buyer's consent.
10. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, the consumer has the right to contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
11. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions are valid from July 1, 2026. The seller reserves the right to change the terms. The current version is always available at www.subeccu.cz.
